Engineer Mohamed El-Taher, CEO of Saudi Egyptian Developers, one of the leading and most renowned real estate developers in Egypt for nearly half a century, has revealed that New Urban Communities Authority signed a cooperation protocol with Saudi Egyptian Developers. The protocol aims to sell phases of the Il Latin Project, one of the largest real estate projects in the new city of Alamein, describing this cooperation as a strategic partnership which crowns the previous successes with New Urban Communities Authority. This was clearly demonstrated in “Sawary” project in Alexandria, which sales value reached 6.5 billion pounds.

Al-Taher stated that the reservations for the first phase of the project has started, and It is expected to be delivered in 2023, highlighting the great demand for purchase in the project. The demand is due to the services provided and the integrated facilities which make it a distinct model of real estate projects applying the standards of the fourth generation of smart cities with high quality, which results in offering an integrated community that customers can enjoy life throughout the year.

Al-Taher explained that the project’s target sales amount to 2 billion LE during 2021, stressing that the Latin Neighborhood project was designed according to the latest European architectural styles. This is meant to achieve a balance between the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project and allow the future extension of services, highlighting that the investment value of the project is the absolute best for the price, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the New Alamein City. In addition to this, there are also the attractive economic opportunities that the project provides, ensuring sustainability and premium quality of life, taking into account the ideal distribution of activities.

Al-Taher pointed out the great importance of " Il Latin " project in exporting real estate and supporting the national economy. He further explains that there is a high demand for purchase in the project, whether from Egyptians or Arab and foreign countries, given the great credibility of New Urban Communities Authority with the consumers, in addition to the long history of the Saudi Egyptian Developers in the field of real estate development, which extends for nearly 50 years.
