"Aljawhara" a unique project in the heart of Riyadh exceeding 1.5 million square meters

Progress is moving towards developing  "Aljawhara" as a distinctive project to be the most prestigious neighborhood in the city of Riyadh, as it will include one of the largest parks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  

Riyadh: Development started at "Al Jawhara" (formerly known as Digital City) a mixed-use  project, which occupies an area exceeding 1.5 million square meters, in the prestigious Al-Raed area in the heart of Riyadh. Its value is estimated, after development, at more than 3 billion SAR.

Progress is moving towards developing  “Aljawhara” as a distinctive project to be the most prestigious neighborhood in the city of Riyadh, as it will include one of the largest parks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition to that, it will include the best advanced infrastructure services and all facilities that will meet the actual needs and future requirements to provide the best means of decent livelihood, well-being, growth and cultural and social development in line with the exceptional permit obtained from the Royal Commission for the Development of Riyadh for “Aljawhara”.

“AlJawhara” project received special attention and wonderful cooperation from Riyadh Municipality and it shall be a unique model for major projects in Riyadh and at the level of the Kingdom. It includes a range of diverse land uses including commercial, and residential which will be the largest part of the project, and will reflect the finest and best types of urban planning that has a positive impact on the area's residents.

The project is located in Al-Raed district, close to the Diplomatic Quarter, on AlOrouba Road at its intersection with Prince Turki AlAwwal Road. This area is considered one of the most prestigious residential areas and is distinguished by its proximity to all major roads in Riyadh.

The project owner (AlJawhara Real Estate Fund) made their commitment clear to implement the best standards, as cooperation has been made with major specialized companies. Cayan Group as the master developer of the project, Al-Ojaimi Contracting as the main contractor; Mulkia Investment to manage the investment fund for the project and Hossam Abdul Karim Office (HAK) the Engineering Consultant for the project , Cracknell as a Global Engineering consultant and many other companies specialized in their respective fields.
