Dubai, UAE: Carfax Education, the UAE based global education group, has announced a series of free, expert webinars to help students make the right choice when it comes to university education.
The ‘Ask the Experts’ series, hosted by education specialists from Carfax alongside a panel of expert guests and students, will cover everything from how to decide on the right location to tips for applying for specialist subjects.
The webinars will give young people and their families the chance to put their questions to the experts and get advice and insight to help them make an informed decision about their future. The series includes a session on deciding between UK and US universities as well as advice on applying to specialist subjects such as medicine and law.
Fiona McKenzie, Head of Education, Carfax Education, said: “University is one of the biggest decisions young people will make and it has a huge influence on their future, so it’s really important that they get this right.
“So much has changed over the last year and education is no exception. University life has looked very different this year and unfortunately we just don’t know what the future holds for students, so making the right choice in terms of location and subject has never been more important.
“Every year we help hundreds of students and their families on their education journeys and we wanted to be able to share this with more people online and give young people and their parents real insight into the university application process.”
Guests will include current students as well as relevant academics who will all be sharing their insight into university life and applications for 2021 onwards.
The free, weekly series of webinars will start from Wednesday 26th May and will cover:
- UK vs US Universities – Wednesday 26th May 2021, 5:30pm UAE time
