Egypt’s Zodiac Development is planning to launch six new projects over the next 12 months across Egypt, the company Chairman told Zawya Projects. 

Hassan Hassanen said the company will launch a commercial project in New Cairo in August, followed by four new projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) in the coming months, and a mixed-use project in New El-Alamein City next year. 

On Sunday, the company had launched 220-unit Mizar Business Towerits first project in the NAC.

Hassanen said the project in New El-Alamein City, spread over an area of 5,000 square metres, would be launched in the second quarter of 2022.  

The company's total investment in the Egyptian real estate market stands at 5 billion Egyptian pounds ($319 million).
