nasair, the smart choice airline, will participate at Jeddah Tourism and Travel Exhibition, which will be held in Jeddah during the period from December 20 to 23, 2010. Mr. Waleed Al Shaikh, Director, Marketing and Communications at National Air Services (NAS Holdings) said "The company is eager to participate in this important exhibition as it is a special occasion to meet with a large segment of the exhibition's visitors to explain the most important plans and programs of the company's expansion in the field of air transport".
Mr. Waleed mentioned that the company's stand will focus this year on nasair, which represents the commercial aviation sector of NAS Holdings, to highlight the volume of developments and expansion achieved by nasair during 2010 and its plan to increase the number of aircraft in nasair's fleet and the future expansion of its air network.
According to Mr. Waleed, during the exhibition nasair will be presenting the seven new destinations added to its network in the year 2010, including cities in India (Mumbai, Cochin - Calicut and New Delhi), Khartoum, Aleppo, and finally Dubai, increasing the number of nasair domestic and international destinations to 24, operated by more than 450 flights per week. Regarding nasair's future planning, Mr. Waleed said that the exhibition will be an opportunity to allow visitors to be made aware of routes being planned for 2011 such as Istanbul, Doha, Sohag and Karachi, in addition to strengthening its fleet by adding two new aircraft model Embraer E190, further surprises will be announced and prepared for visitors from nasair in the exhibition.
