Cupola Teleservices continued its reign as the foremost Contact Centre & BPO organisation in the Middle East by bagging a clutch of Awards at the recent MIDDLE EAST CALL CENTRE AWARDS 2009 organised by INSIGHTS.
At the grand function attended by top industry professionals; Cupola Teleservices received the most coveted award for Call Centre OSP of the Year 2009. Other awards included Longevity Award for the longest serving customer contract, Best Services to Sales Program and Call Centre Manager of the Year for Humaira Majid, the COO of Cupola Teleservices.
Operational since 1999, Cupola Teleservices (CTS) practically invented the concept of outsourced contact centre services in the Middle East region. With a technology infrastructure that supports over 1,000 seats, CTS has grown rapidly over the years. Operating out of its new world class facility in Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ) CTS employs over 800 staff from 21 countries conducting business transactions in more than 10 languages.

Earlier this year CTS has been certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited for ISO / IEC 27001:2005. This was accomplished via an extensive audit and a stringent review of the operations and IT security processes/procedures.
