Aqaba Container Terminal (ACT), the sole container terminal in the Kingdom, has introduced a new advanced Arabic and English enabled website.

The multi-featured website, which contains valuable information for both potential and current customers, gives those wishing to visit the terminal the chance to do so by filling an application form available on the website under "online visit pass". In addition to this, customers will be able to track their cargo route through the "container tracking" service available on the website. This gives the users that ability to fined out the status of there containers at any time

"The launch of this new and up-to-the-minute website comes in line with the upgrades taking place at the terminal. At ACT, we are keen to provide our customers with a comprehensive package that includes high-tech services, competitive prices as well as an advanced website that provides the customers with various information not only related to the company but also related to their cargo," said Jerry Rickcord, ACT CEO.

Furthermore, the website enables the terminal's customers, such as clearance and shipping agents, to renew their cars and individuals' annual permits. It also updates them on the arrival time of the vessels and gives them the opportunity to bid for the purchasing proposals submitted on the website by the company.

"The website is user-friendly; visitors and customers will have an easy access to vital information about the company and its services. It will facilitate our customers' business life and will save them time and money," added Rickcord.
