HAMBURG- Jordan's state grains buyer purchased 60,000 tonnes of hard milling wheat to be sourced from optional origins in a tender which closed on Wednesday, traders said.

It was bought from trading house Nibulon at $237.50 a tonne c&f for shipment in the first half of October.

Two other trading houses participated. Glencore offered $245 a tonne c&f and Aston offered $243 a tonne c&f, traders said.

A new tender is expected to be issued closing on Sept. 2.
