Cairo – Mubasher: Ora Developers has acquired a 400-feddan plot of land in New Cairo from Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority, the company’s CEO Haitham Abdel Azim stated on Wednesday during a press conference.

The company is planning to launch an integrated urban project on the plot with total investments of EGP 100 billion, Abdel Azim added.

The top official noted that the planned project is set to be executed in ten phases over 10-12 years.

The first phase will be offered during the second quarter of 2020 and will include 1,000 units with a targeted sales value of EGP 6 billion, Abdel Azim revealed.
