Thunderstorms and rain with active downward winds are expected on Al Hajar Mountains and neighbouring areas today.

The General Directorate of Meteorology said: "The chances of convective clouds forming and scattered rain with thunderstorms at times, accompanied by active downward winds, will continue over the Hajar Mountains and neighboring areas during the evening."
