Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: Manar Mall, Al Hamra's flagship mall, is introducing a new lifestyle experience for Ras Al Khaimah residents and visitors with the launch of an outdoor cinema at its scenic waterside Promenade. People can now enjoy free screenings of family-friendly classics, animation movies, and more in a relaxed setting under the stars.

Opening on Friday, March 10, with Encanto, a delightful musical fantasy, the outdoor cinema will play films spanning a wide mix of genres at 8 pm every Friday and Saturday until May 6. Nestled against a unique backdrop that opens out to a vast expanse of mangroves, it will offer an extensive seating capacity for up to 200 guests with comfortable bean bags and chairs to create lasting memories for everyone.

Sprawled over an area of 10,000 square meters, the stunning waterfront Promenade will be transformed into a magical setting for the ultimate night out for visitors and residents, reinforcing its position as the premier recreation and entertainment destination in Ras Al Khaimah. Movie buffs will also be spoilt for choice with a wide range of cinema staples such as popcorn, snacks and beverages served at the numerous food outlets around the venue.

Manar Mall and the Promenade have been a hub for exceptional entertainment experiences in the Northern Emirate over the years and this initiative further builds on its offering through the universal language of cinema, creating more opportunities for individuals and families to take a break from their daily routine and revisit their favourite films through a spectacular outdoor movie night experience.

Movies screened over the course of nine weeks will comprise a wide collection of animation, superhero, kids, family friendly, drama, and action megahits. Following the showing of Encanto, audiences can enjoy box office knockouts like Lightyear, Spider-Man: Far From Home, Avengers Assemble, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Peter Rabbit (2018), The Greatest Showman, and Mamma Mia, to name a few.
