Leading global crisis management solution provider, Crises Control, is investing heavily in the expansion of its offering in Saudi Arabia as it looks to the future. On the back of some big customer wins the company is focusing its corporate growth strategy on the Kingdom. Now it is committing significant financial investment to cloud hosting infrastructure in its fastest growing geographic region.

To support its growing footprint in Saudi Arabia, Crises Control has partnered with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to provide cloud hosting services for all Saudi-based customers via the Oracle Cloud Dubai Region. As a result, Crises Control is able to meet the regulatory requirements of the Government of Saudi Arabia and deliver the stability and response speed provided by geographically co-located hosting services.

Combined with the Unifonic partnership, Crises Control now offers a platform entirely hosted in KSA and delivers all communication services from within the country.

Crises Control CEO, Shalen Sehgal, explained the thinking behind the company’s new partnership in Saudi Arabia:

“Crises Control has had a presence in KSA for some time, but our user base in the country has recently exploded with the acquisition of several other mega-clients. Crises Control provides vital communications functions for organisations during critical incidents, so they must be able to rely on our services completely to support their own robust organizational resilience.”

“This new partnership with Oracle provides the stability and assurance that our customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia need, as well as allowing them to integrate with our platform much more quickly. As a company we’ve decided to invest for growth in the Middle East Region, and Saudi Arabia in particular, and I’m very excited about the growth potential of our existing customers in KSA, as well as the opportunities for acquisition of new customers in the region.”

Fahad Al Turief, Vice President – Tech Cloud, Saudi Arabia and LEENA, Oracle said:

“Crises Control's priority is providing stability for customers in Saudi Arabia as they scale and grow across the Kingdom. Our collaboration is focused on using OCI to make the most of Crises Control’s cloud strategies and enable greater control over their data, including where it is stored and how it can be accessed.”
