Al Manama Supermarket is to open at CityLife Al Khor, the flagship project of  R Select, the Retail arm of R Holding Ajman..

Al Khaleejiah Holding Company, the Head Lease holder for the project, entered into an agreement with Al Manama group recently. The agreement enunciates the opening of Al Manama supermarket sized at 27,000 square feet at CityLife Al Khor.

Mr. Ghaleb Bin Hamed Al Saadon, CEO of Al Khaleejiah Holding said, "This is a landmark project, given its unique waterfront location, and we are pleased to engage Al Manama group, an Ajman based brand with a sound standing in the UAE market. We are very optimistic that they will add value to our efforts with their solid experience and a good understanding of Ajman market".

CityLife Al Khor, located on the Ajman Creek is one of the most prominent projects under the CityLife brand, boasting of 120,000 square feet built up area and a premium waterfront location. The project involves an investment of AED 120 million for its first phase, with the second phase estimated to hold the same value.

Commenting on the partnership Imran Khan, CEO of R Select said, "We decided on Al Manama as our choice for supermarket as they have been successfully serving the Ajman catchment for the past two decades and they know and understand the market really well. We are confident that they will add great value to CityLife Al Khor."

CityLife, Al Khor is the fourth project to be launched under the CityLife brand. R Select has successfully delivered the first two projects at Al Jurf and Al Hamidiyah, worth AED 60m and 65m respectively. The third project, valued at AED 90 million, is headed towards completion at Al Zorah.

Following its ambitious plans, R Select has also announced CityLife Al Tallah, an AED 150 million project on the junction of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Sheikh Ammar Road, at Al Tallah, Ajman.
