Facility used to finance the acquisition of a 25% stake in Unique Food Catering

Saudi Arabia's Al Kuzama Trading Co. has secured SAR 35 million ($9.3 million) Shariah compliant facility from Al Rajhi Bank.
The facility, which has a tenure of 42 months, will be used to finance the acquisition of a 25% stake in Unique Food Catering Co. and to support working capital requirements.
