Muscat: Two agreements have been signed to establish two fish markets in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate and in the Wilayat of Adam in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, said the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources.

" The Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources signs two agreements to establish two fish markets in the wilayats of Al Mudhaibi and Adam, funded by the Petroleum Development Oman (PDO)," the ministry said in a statement.

 

"The establishment of these markets comes within the ministry’s strategy to build fish markets with modern specifications that meet health requirements and quality control standards for fish products," the ministry added.
