Cairo  - The board of directors of Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) approved the resignation of Loay Jassim Mohammed Al Kharafi from his position as the company's Deputy Chairman and Board Member, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Egypt Kuwait Holding logged consolidated net profits of $53.01 million, up from $40.72 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders’ rights.

The revenues rose to $178.64 million in the three-month period ended 31 March, compared to $152.32 million in the prior-year period.
