Dutch aviation consultancy To70 submits lowest bid for preparing Oman Civil Aviation Strategy 2040
Dutch aviation consultancy TO70 has submitted the lowest bid ($479,059) for preparing the Oman Civil Aviation strategy 2040 followed by London Economics ($499,475).
The other bidders in the fray are Alton Aviation Consultancy, Consulum, AT Kearney Middle East, KPMG, Pricewatercoopers, ALG Global Infrastructure Advisors SL DMCC, and Pegasus Aviation Advisors, which submitted the highest bid ($1.03 million) according to the Oman Tender Board.
Oman is targeting $3.6 billion in airport cities over 20 years, according to a January 2023 Zawya Projects report.
