Kuwait - MTC-Vodafone (Kuwait) today announced the signing of an important new agreement designed to enhance the existing network and provide better service for MTC-Vodafone's valued customers. The Signaling Monitoring System, which employs the Operational Support System (OSS) developed by Agilent Technologies Inc. and to be implemented by Future Communications Company (FCC), enables MTC-Vodafone to proactively resolve problems faster, maintain constant improvement and enhancement on the network, and significantly improve customer service for customers and roamers. The new system provides MTC-Vodafone with greater monitoring functionalities for its GSM and GPRS/EDGE network.
