'Sage CRM v7' helps leading independent mortgage broker improve operational efficiency and build lasting customer relationships

Sage Software, the leading global supplier of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) solutions to medium and large organisations, has completed the first live implementation of 'Sage CRM v7' for John Charcol Middle East, a leading independent mortgage brokerage. The project took two and a half months to complete, and is now helping the brokerage firm enhance its operational efficiency and build lasting customer relationships. The implementation was handled end-to-end by award winning Sage CRM implementation partner Triad Software Services, and was completed in line with the initial plan thereby earning commendation from the client. The implementation was also extensively showcased at the recently concluded 'Accelerate Out of the Downturn' CIO Roundtable Conference held in Dubai.

Working with property buyers to provide a fast and simple route to obtain the best and most suitable mortgage, John Charcol Middle East faced several challenges in terms of identifying eligibility for the products available in the market and providing quotes, as well as in keeping history of the relationship. With the adoption of 'Sage CRM v7', the broker is now enjoying simplified collaboration among internal representatives from sales, finance and product executives along with external influencers like consultants and banks. In addition, the broker has identified the advantages of Sage Software's latest CRM solution in putting all its communication in context by managing its relationships within its customers and referral relationships within the context of an opportunity.

"We chose to adopt Sage Software's 'Sage CRM v7' as we were very impressed with its strengths in terms of lead capture and distribution, opportunity management, pipeline management, customised quoting, and context specific communication management," said Kim Warren, General Manager, John Charcol Middle East. "Through this important investment, we are benefiting from more convenient sharing of project details and contacts among the organisation's departments, productivity improvement, quality and consistency of communication and generally more streamlined operations, which helps us deal with our rapidly expanding customer base and a growing product line."

With a clear understanding of the client's business needs, Triad Software Services with the support of Sage Middle East, proposed the adoption of a global product that is open, easy to use, and boosts sales team productivity by delivering a single view of leads, opportunities, tasks and activities on the interactive dashboard. In addition to the deployment of the solution, Sage Software also currently provides support through its extensive local presence, training, as well as cost saving, as 'Sage CRM v7' can be acquired as a one-time investment and with no recurring license costs. Other benefits of the software include enhanced transparency in the sales pipeline, improved win-loss ratio, shortened sales cycles, increased prospect-to-customer conversion rate, maximises cross and up-sell opportunities, reduced time spent on administrative tasks, improved prospect targeting, among many others.

"Our goal is to help regional organisations address these needs by providing solutions that will aid them in delivering prompt and efficient customer service to their clients. This implementation for John Charcol Middle East reiterates our expertise in delivering CRM solutions, which is bolstered by our strong relationship with leading industry partners. Amidst the increasing demand within the ERP and CRM markets, we leverage our association with competent partners such as Triad Software, and with this strategy, we are seeking to further grow our business and undertake sizeable expansion efforts towards new markets. Moreover, our partnership with Triad has also made the completion of the implementation within the allotted 10 weeks possible," concluded Vikram Suri, Managing Director, Sage Software.
