UAE - His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced the launch of a new Arabic curriculum on the Madrasa website. This came on the World Arabic Language Day that is celebrated today.

Sheikh Mohammed said the new curriculum includes 1,000 videos in Arabic for different skill levels.

"Madrasa is the biggest Arabic educational website that has benefitted 60 million students in just under a year. The preservation of the Arabic language needs more than just classes." Sheikh Mohammed tweeted.

Sheikh Mohammed had launched the e-learning platform in October last year. It provides 5,000 free Arabised videos in general science, math, biology, chemistry and physics to students from kindergarten to grade 12.
