Cairo: Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) seeks to create million job opportunities until 2030, Yahia Zaki, Head of the Suez Canal Economic Zone.

SCZone aims to participate in a number of sectors, namely ports, logistics and industrial sectors, pointing out that the Authority has set rules to achieve these three objectives, where it established a large base of facilities (desalination plants – electricity – sewage plants Health – road network).

He added that the SCZone is seeking to inaugurate three training centres to train employees within the Suez Canal Economic Zone during the upcoming periode.

They also seek to participate in establishing a joint stock company named Economic Zone Utilities Company. The company aims to manage the construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of various facilities or projects for developers and investorsinterested in the economic zone of the Suez Canal.
