Riyadh – The Development Housing Programme of the Saudi Housing Ministry on Wednesday signed an agreement with Built Contracting Company to execute five residential projects.

The deal involves the establishment of 3,130 housing units in five regions, the ministry said in a statement, without disclosing the investment cost of the projects.

Two projects will be established in Riyadh, with 250 units in Dawadmi and 200 units in Al Majmaah.

A total of 1,000 housing units will be built in Hail, along with 1,350 units in Buraidah and 335 units in Unaizah both in Al-Qassim province.

This deal marks a key step by the Ministry of Housing towards Saudi vision 2030, intended to diversify the kingdom’s economy and invest more heavily in infrastructure.
