UAE-based RAK Properties PJSC, has launched a residential project, Julphar Residence, on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
RAK Properties, the largest listed property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, was set up in 2005.
It has developed over 3,000 residential units, 35,000 sqm of office space and 25,000 sqm of retail.
