Riyadh: The Saudi airports have continued occupying advanced ranking as among the world's top 50 airports in the Skytrax Organization's World Airport Rating.

More than 500 international airports have participated in World Skytrax Awards for the classification of airports, which the global airport rating agency assesses according to key performance indicators, including check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security, immigration, and departure.

The King Fahd International Airport has won first place in the Skytrax Awards 2023 as the best airport in the Middle East for the second year.

The Kingdom's international airports have continued to advance on the list of the world's top 100 airports and in the Skytrax Awards. Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport has jumped from 29th to 27th place. Also, the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah has climbed three spots from last year to be ranked 41st globally, and the King Fahd International Airport in Dammam has jumped six places from 2022 to rank the world's 44th best airport. Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah climbed six positions to secure 52nd place in the world's best airports.
