Manama, Bahrain : Eagle Hills Diyar, developer of distinguished urban project Marassi Al Bahrain, has awarded the main construction contract for its 38,500sqm Marassi Boulevard residential component to Kooheji Contractors, which brings 40 years of construction, civil engineering and design experience.
Marassi Boulevard is a four-building apartment complex that will offer views of the landscaped Marassi Al Bahrain community. Lined with 700sqm of retail space, the residences face Marassi Galleria, and are within walking distance to its bustling seafront promenade.

This announcement follows the recent groundbreaking of Marassi Shores Residences, which is set to be completed by the third quarter of 2019. Upon completion, Marassi Al Bahrain will be home to 22,000 residents with a total of 6,000 residences and a total retail space of 250,000sqm, making a significant contribution to Bahrain’s economy and creating over 1,200 jobs.
