Saudi fast-food chain Herfy Food Services has appointed Sam Mohamed Bader as its new CEO. He will replace acting CEO Khaled Ahmed Al Saeed.

The company made the announcement in a statement to Saudi stock exchange Tadawul.

Last month, Herfy announced it was expanding by opening 50 outlets in Nigeria in a franchise agreement with EatRite Food Services.
