Egypt - Aman For Financial Services is in talks with four banks, including the Suez Canal Bank (CANA), National Bank of Egypt, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank-Egypt (ADIB) to provide financial services through its stores, Al Mal News cited Aman’s CEO Hazem Maghazy.

The talks with the four banks will be settled during quarter three of 2021, Maghazy said.

Aman For Financial Services, Raya Holding Company for Financial Investments’ (RAYA) subsidiary, intends to provide prepaid bank cards and bank financial portfolios.

Aman for Microfinance will inject facilities of EGP 1.3 billion in the second half of 2021 Aman’s CEO Ahmed Al-Khatib.

Established in 1999 and listed on EGX in 2005, Raya operates within the software and services sector, focusing on information technology consulting and other services. It has subsidiaries operating across North America, the British Islands, Northern Africa, Western Africa, and the Middle East.
