UAE, Saudi, Egypt & Lebanon-based Partners Meet Stringent New Guidelines
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 21 April 2003 – Regional channel partners of VERITAS Software (Nasdaq:VRTS) Middle East office have raced to secure the necessary training that qualifies them as experts on VERITAS storage management solutions during the company’s current channel certification campaign, which concluded at the end of March. To ensure that its customers in the Middle East are receiving consistent service levels from VERITAS regional partners, VERITAS Middle East is calling on all of its channel members to receive official training and expert-level qualification.
VERITAS resellers in the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Egypt have eagerly embraced the storage leader’s channel campaign, recognizing that VERITAS certification can lead to enhanced market share and increased selling opportunities. Recent training sessions held on the VERITAS Foundation Suite™, VERITAS Data Protection solutions, and VERITAS High Availability solutions drew engineers and consultants from such regional partners as ACS, ECS, Elite, Emirates Computers, MDS, Pro Technology, SoftFlow, and STME.
