The Associate Professional in Human Resources - International ™ (aPHRi™), delivered in partnership with the HR Certification Institute ® (HRCI ®), is designed to develop core HR management skills and knowledge, critical for business success.

The HR role has been instrumental in helping organisations transition to the new normal in the past year, preserving workplace culture and ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction. Preparing professionals for the evolving role of HR, this internationally recognised qualification, aPHRi, provides the foundations of HR management, equipping the UAEs HR talent with skills, knowledge and mindset to advance their professional careers.

Amanda Line, Partner, PwC’s Academy said: “The development of human capital in organizations of all sizes remains an essential component for business success, and the role of HR in supporting this is only going to grow.
