Meliá Hotels International has made MeliáRewards the single loyalty programme for both consumers and industry professionals, unifying both the value and experience offered to all members.

MeliáRewards now also includes all members of MeliáPro Rewards (B2B loyalty programme), adding more than eight million active members worldwide. Members all enjoy the exclusive benefits of one of the most comprehensive programmes in the industry. It includes benefits and discounts in hotels, flexible payment combining points plus cash, the Meliá Rewards Shopping online store and an extensive portfolio of partner companies through which programme members can redeem points for numerous products and services.

MeliáPro Rewards members have been automatically transferred to the MeliáRewards programme and doubled the number of points in their account in the process. Travel industry professionals who sign up for MeliáRewards will now also receive 2,000 bonus points as a welcome gift.

The merger of the two programmes means that professional members will get exclusive advantages such as discounts of up to 20% on MeliáRewards rates. Members can earn points for both their professional and personal activity and get access to Meliá PRO Certificates, an e-learning platform which helps them gain in-depth knowledge of the company's brands, as well as up to 12,000 extra MeliáRewards points and may other benefits.
