Dubai- UAE: Emirates Loto, the region’s first fully digital collectables scheme with optional free entry to a weekly draw still has a huge AED 50 million up for grabs for collectable buyers over the weekend, following nine consecutive weeks of no jackpot winners to date. 45-year-old electrical engineer Joshy Isaac was one of those winners.
