Dubai, UAE - Cavalli Club, Restaurant and Lounge, the ultimate venue for style and entertainment in Dubai was awarded Best Employer in the Restaurant Sector during Catererglobal.com's Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2012 held at the Fort Island, Mina A' Salam in Dubai on November 21st, 2012.
Acknowledging the rise of standalone restaurants, CatererGlobal included a category for the Best Employer in the Restaurant Sector in the UAE for the first time this year. The unique award rewards and recognizes the region's top hospitality employers judged by their own employees via an employee engagement tool provided by CatererGlobal's partner, learnpurple.
When asked why he voted Cavalli Club, Restaurant and Lounge positively in the survey, one of the waiters Goran Mitrovski, answered, "We are a happy bunch because the management looks after us, respects our work-life balance and hires inspiring and award-winning leaders who have so much passion for the business to train us.
