JANUARY 01, 2010/Orlando, Florida - The Al Rawdah (Flower) District Center in the City of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has selected Bipro to provide leadership and expertise to help develop its strategic plan. The Al Rawdah District Center (similar to a community center) already serves 500 of its 78,000 residents with thirteen activity programs, for males and females, offered for individuals and families across all age groups. The Center has been bequeathed a large parcel of land (11,000 hectares or 22,470 acres) and intends to build a facility in the near future.
The strategic plan will provide a roadmap (model) to help the Center expand its services and scope When the plan is completed, it will be used to recruit volunteers, develop funding sources, and provide operational direction. The strategic plan will provide the following to the Al Rawdah District Center leadership:
1. Information on the best practices of similar organizations and programs, within the Middle East, United States, and other countries. This will include both religious centers both Christian and Muslim as well as other centers like Boys and Girls Clubs.
2. A data base of the Al Rawdah District, that will include population demographics, education and employment statistics, and information about local businesses, public and private schools, parks, businesses, social issues, health care, Mosques, and so forth.
