The board members of Dubai Investments decided to pay out cash dividends worth AED 531.50 million (12.50 fils per share), for the second half (H2) of 2022.

The announced cash dividends equal 12.50% of the company’s capital, according to a bourse filing.

In this regard, the full-year cash dividends amount to AED 850.40 million or 20 fils per share (20% of the capital), including the interim dividends of 7% that were disbursed last October.

Last year, the DFM-listed company logged net profits worth AED 1.60 billion, a leap from AED 619.48 million in 2021.

Revenues jumped to AED 4.12 billion in 2022 from AED 3.41 billion a year earlier, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) increased to AED 0.38 from AED 0.15.
