The Republic ‍of ‍Congo ​on Monday announced a ⁠tender offer for ⁠its outstanding 9.875% ‌amortising notes due in ⁠2032, according to a notice on ⁠the London ​Stock Exchange.

The offer has a tender ‍cap of $350,000,000, ​the notice said, adding that the Central African country was also announcing its intention to issue a ⁠new series ‌of dollar-denominated notes. (Reporting ‌by ⁠Alexander Winning; Editing by ⁠Karin Strohecker)
