Muscat: The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation has approved the licensing of the first doctoral program for a private university in the Sultanate.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation approves the licensing of the first doctoral program for a private university in the Sultanate, at the University of Nizwa, under the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry."
