Teraz Contracting (TC) has begun construction on the 1st phase of the Ahl al-Azm project, a project launched by TJH in collaboration with the Jordanian Housing & Urban Development Corporation.
The construction was commenced in light of an agreement that was earlier concluded between both sides. This collaboration enables TJH's executive construction wing, TC, to create structural frameworks for the 48 buildings constituting part of the project's 1st phase. Located within al-Jiza District, south of Queen Alia International Airport, these buildings consist of 786 apartments which TC will complete within 450 days.
GM of TC, Mr Abdel Kareem Al-Tusluq, stated, "Our aim is to provide a finished product that complies with the highest international standards of architectural excellence. We are paying extra attention to the esthetical qualities that this project should reflect. Without neglecting the use of top class building materials and insulation features, we are hoping to provide a real-estate development that combines stylistic brilliance with practicality."
