MUSCAT -- Customer Service Countres of Omantel and Oman Mobile at the Muscat Festival venues are doing brisk business as customers flock to benefit from the offers launched with the start of the Muscat Festival. This activity at customer service counters of Omantel Group reflects the subscribers' interest in the promotional offers that include fixed line and mobile services.

Oman Mobile Communications Company (Oman Mobile) offers several interesting promotions to subscribers during the festival. They include the prepaid fixed line service, better known as Sahl for new or current subscribers. New Sahl subscribers would get free installation, which amounts to RO 10 and three Jabreen cards totaling RO 11 (two RO 5 cards and one RO 1).

Subscribers, who wish to renew Sahal subscription for one year, would also get three Jabreen cards amounting to RO 11. On the other hand, subscribers wishing to renew subscription for six months would get one RO 5 Jabreen card. Meanwhile, Oman Mobile offers customers the opportunity to renew Sahl subscription for three months for RO 12 during the festival period. New subscribers or those shifting from any other operator to any of Mada packages would enjoy 15-hour free airtime over three months.

New subscribers of Mada packages (10,20,40) would get the free airtime hours after they have already used up the free airtime already added to their package. Oman Mobile has also introduced prepaid Hayyak starter kit for two Rials including free airtime of RO 2. This offer, introduced for the first time in the Sultanate, received great demand from subscribers in the company's pavilions in both Qurum Natural Park and Al Naseem Public Park.
