Kuwait’s Mabanee Co. has signed a credit financing facility agreement with a local bank for a total of KWD 25.2 million ($82 million) for a period of 12 months.
The facility comprises a cash component of KWD20.2 million and a non-cash component of KWD5 million, the Kuwait-bourse listed real estate developer said.
