Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), the real estate arm of Bahrain's Mumtalakat Holding Company, which manages a portfolio of assets worth BD1 billion, has announced the start of the construction work at the Prime Minister's new court project.

The 13-storey tower is located in Manama. The building will consist of modern design, and it will feature a number of offices and conference rooms equipped with the most sophisticated digital visual technologies. It will also be an innovative state-of-the-art building in terms of its facilities in addition to the use of the latest methods in the design and execution stages. Al Moayyed Contracting Group will execute the building works of the project. The group is one of the leading major national companies in construction, and it is able to execute high quality projects, in addition to its timely delivery record, reflecting Edamah's commitment to quality of services and delivery of projects within the set time frames.

Edamah's chief executive engineer Ma'moon Al Moayyed assured that the highest standards would be maintained by Edamah in construction in the project in line Edamah's commitment to serve the Kingdom.

He added: "Edamah is always keen to provide what is new, innovative and of high quality, in view of its experienced and professional personnel."

The company has recently signed agreements with strategic partners to launch a number of projects which would serve the national economy and provide strong foundations for the development of the real estate sector.
