The model, created by the Open Group provides prescriptive guidance on how to develop and implement a customer-centric, digitalized IT operating model.
Commenting on the unveiling of the IT4IT Reference Architecture, Mr. Yousef AlBarkawie, CEO of AW Rostamani Shift Technologies said, "The business of IT is rapidly evolving.
