DUBAI - Syria's state grains agency made no Russian wheat purchase in a tender that closed Dec. 18, a government source told Reuters on Monday.

The agency was looking at offers for its latest international tender on Monday, he said. Syria's General Establishment for Cereal Processing and Trade (Hoboob) is seeking 200,000 tonnes of soft wheat for bread making sourced from Russia.
