Egyptian developer Al-Borouj Misr has appointed France-headquartered global hospitality company Accor to operate the five-star hotel within its Sixty Iconic Tower project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), the company vice-chairman said.
 
Mohamed Assy told Zawya Projects that the 190-key Mövenpick hotel would be housed in the top 10 floors of the 43-storey tower.
 
He said enabling works have started at the Sixty Iconic Tower project site, adding that the company is targeting 3 billion pounds ($191 million) of sales revenue from the project.
