Riyadh –  The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended trading on the shares of the National Building and Marketing Company on Wednesday, 16 September.

Trading the shares will resume on 17 September for 20 trading sessions during which the parallel market-listed firm must publish its delayed financial statements, the Saudi bourse said in a statement.

In case of not announcing the financials during the specified period, the shares will be suspended again starting as of 18 October.

Recently, the company said it could not post its audited financial results for the first and second quarters of 2020.
