Property operations company Facilio said on Wednesday that it has been awarded a contract by ICD Brookfield Place (ICDBP) to optimise building performance and deliver real-time operational intelligence.

ICDBP, a joint venture between Investment Corporation of Dubai and Brookfield Properties, comprises of a 53-storey, 990,000 square feet (sq ft) office tower, 140,000 sq ft of retail space, 20,000 sq ft summer garden, a 31-metre high public realm and 2,700 car parking spaces.

Facilio said in a statement that its cloud platform would allow ICDBP to gain real-time insights into building performance; control spaces, equipment, and multiple building systems remotely from a "single pane of glass"; exceed sustainability goals by leveraging embedded AI capabilities; automate operations and equipment maintenance and introduce new experiences for tenants.
