Manama: A Bahrain based company Eureka for Smart Properties has been presented with a prestigious accolade: Smart City Solutions – Smart Buildings Award for their state-of-the-art project Violet during the fifth edition of the Bahrain Smart Cities Summit 2021 that was held 10-11 October at the Gulf Hotel’s Gulf Conventions Centre.
“It is a big honor for our team to receive this award acknowledging our approach to create reliable, cost effective and scalable smart living spaces, which was possible through extensive research and development to achieve fully integrated yet addressing our clients’ local and international needs in Bahrain and Middle East Markets”, - said Mr. Samer Al Shaker, the CTO of Eureka.

The Smart Cities Summit 2021 was inaugurated by Works, Municipalities and Urban Planning Minister, H.E. Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf in the presence of Housing Minister, H.E. Bassim bin Yacoob Al-Hamar and senior officials on 10th of October 2021. The exhibition has brought together more than 250 technology, sustainability and smart cities experts and officials from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
