Dubai, United Arab Emirates: M Hotel Downtown by Millennium has confirmed the appointment of Dinesh Tewari as Food & Beverage Manager who will be responsible for lifting and maximizing the overall Food & Beverage revenue of the hotel.
Indian born Tewari brings with him 14 years of industrial experience in business development, operations management, evening planning, catering, budgetary control, and sales. In addition to managing the property’s F&B outlets, Tiwari will also manage the restaurant teams to cater for both the leisure and business travelers. As M Hotel Downtown by Millennium hosts theme nights, along with corporate and social events, Tiwari will work at the helm, successfully navigating each project to completion.
Bartending and mixology proved to be Tewari’s claim to fame when he started out in the industry with Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi, India. His career saw him in leadership roles with Shangri-La Hotel, Mosaic Hotels, and the Aman Hotel in India, before he arrived in the United Arab Emirates in 2014 as Bars Manager at Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates Hotel.
Prior to his appointment at M Hotel Downtown by Millennium, Tiwari held the post of F&B Manager, Catering & Sales at JW Marriott. In his role, he managed the operations and sales management in addition to overseeing some of its biggest events which include the Air Show, Dubai Rugby, Meydan World Cup, and IDEX Abu Dhabi.
