Bahrain-based Al Hassanain Company said it will start repair works for the Bahrain Bay seawater outfall pipe starting from January 20.
 
A leader in the Bahrain heavy construction market, Al Hassanain provides fully integrated marine construction services and infrastructure solutions in the region.
 
The necessary marine works to be carried out by the company include replacement of the 300-m existing GRP pipes; creating a temporary onshore laydown area for launching of new HDPE pipe; removal and reinstatement of exisiting rock revetment as well as pipe trench backfilling and excavation.
 
Al Hassanain Company said these works are scheduled to be completed by April 28.-TradeArabia News Service
