COVID-19: Egypt records 783 new cases

ArabFinance: The health ministry in Egypt announced 783 new coronavirus cases on April 7th, raising the total count to 207,293 since the pandemic started in 2020.

37 new deaths were reported, while death toll hit 12,290.

Egypt currently has 157,450 total recoveries after 444 new patients have been discharged from quarantine hospitals, the health ministry noted.

The number of daily cases in the country has been below the 1,000 marks since January 9th.
