KUWAIT CITY: The Federation of Private Hospitals appealed to the Council of Ministers to exclude expat medical staff from the decision to prevent entry into the country due to urgent need for them under the current circumstances.

There are about 223 medical, nursing and technical personnel stranded in their home countries and abroad. The union appealed to the Council of Ministers to approve the inclusion of medical, nursing and technical staff working in private sector hospitals by allowing them to return from abroad, after the issuance of the decision to stop operating flights coming from 31 countries.
